Cancellations and Returns Procedure

 

Cancellation, Returns and exchanges for UK deliveries


For returns and exchanges for UK orders, requested within 7 days of delivery we offer a free returns service. All items for return or exchange must have a returns authorization number (RAN). RANs can be obtained by emailing us at info@duneboutique.com. Once you have received you RAN by email please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.


Dune Boutique request that all goods are returned within 7 days of your request for an RAN. You are entitled to a full refund if an item is not suitable and if you need an alternative size we can send that out to you when we receive your return.


We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item of stock. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.


Exchanges that are received outside of the above stated timescale are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescale will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as store credit.


Dune Boutique will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of order, if any item has been received with no tags, the customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.


Jewellery - earrings can not be returned unless found to be faulty due to hygiene reasons.


We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.


In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge for any costs of recovery of the costs.


Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).


HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a returns form by emailing us at info@duneboutique.com within seven days of receiving your order.


All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns for the same order may incur additional shipping cost.


Please print the returns form that we will email you - The RAN number should be written on the returns note and the rest of the form completed and returned with your items to the address supplied.


If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.


HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS

In order to facilitate the return of the faulty item you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by emailing us at info@duneboutique.com and follow the standard returns process detailed above.

 

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.


Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your RAN.

Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.


RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of the cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.
