MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the internet.
Alternatively, you may email or post your order and send us a cheque, made payable to Dune. We will dispatch your order as soon as the cheque is cleared.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertantly under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our standard delivery charge to anywhere in the UK is £2.99 (vis Royal Mail). However, this price is subject to change depending on weight, but we will contact you first to gain your approval.
For purchases overseas, we charge £7.99 (EU) or £11.99 (Rest of World). Again, this does vary depending on the weight of your parcel and we will contact you to gain approval.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. You will normally receive your order in 7-10 working days. International orders are generally received in approx. 14 working days.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country, because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you wherever possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in any clear text on any website.

Dune Boutique does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.

RETURNS POLICY

We will refund your money in full, provided all goods are returned in the same condition - unworn, unsoiled, with labels and tags intact and in original packaging.
If any items are returned and no exchange is required, whilst in most circumstances, the customer will be refunded in full for total cost of goods, postage cannot be refunded.
Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days from purchase to let us know why you are returning goods wherever possible. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.
